Tipperary Credit Union were looking for a integrated solution to provide their members with the very best online experience. With multiple sub offices servicing members in the suburbs and more remote areas, the next natural step was to provide a common online service that could be accessed by members in the comfort of their own homes or at work. With multiple loan rates, deposits and a multitude of ancillary services, a comprehensive system was needed.

CUOnline Level 3 with EFT facility has bridged the gap previously unreachable by Credit Unions, in offering the very latest and safest online member finance service. The full suite of service allows members to do more and interact at any time with their Credit Union.

Unlike other web sites, CUOnline is integrated into LOCUS and is aware of changes in information automatically, e.g. New accounts/schemes. This facility is unique to a Wellington website.

Locus Online Bill Payment & E-Cheques means members can pay bills via their Credit Unions’ CUOnline website and at the counter.
Security - your security is paramount to us. We use some of the industry’s strongest security measures that are integrated into LOCUS and CUOnline to keep all information encrypted during transmission. Hosted on secure servers - not compromising your LOCUS server. Provides robust 128bit encryption authentication and privacy for protection of members. Fully automated to ensure consistency and accountability.
Loans can be applied for via the website. Details of the application are added to Locus automatically ready for a decision. Loan Approvals can be posted automatically onto the Members Secure Area via Locus.
Constantly updated - the users account is fully up to date showing the most recent transfers and transactions (including payments, bills and ATM withdrawals)
Secure messaging - rapid two way communication with members via their accounts page using a secure messaging channel. (email is not considered a secure channel to send members’ financial information as per industry guidelines)
Online statistics, website usage and member registration logging.
